Many things on this website are antique, hand crafted using vintage or handmade materials, so there will be slight variations from item to item. Every care is taken to ensure that the descriptions and specifications are correct at the time of adding a product to the site. In particular, great care has been taken with the photography to ensure that the colours correspond as closely as possible to the original items.
DELIVERY
You will receive your order within 7 days if the goods are in stock. If you require urgent delivery, please ask and we will do what we can to rush it to you.
Within the UK (excluding Channel Islands) We aim to despatch your goods, subject to availability, within 48 hours. If items are out of stock you will be contacted immediately we receive your order with an estimated delivery date and your card will be refunded until the goods are ready for despatch.
All prices are stated inclusive of VAT. Standard delivery in shown for each item in the shopping basket.
We reserve the right to alter our delivery charges should they be affected by any significant changes in the tariff of charges of the Royal Mail or our courier company.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY (including Eire and Channel Islands)

Website security is one of our highest priorities. Opiium have devoted great care and effort to ensure that the website is as secure as possible and have installed the best security measures to safeguard your information. All our credit and debit card sales are handled by PayPal.
COMMISSIONED ORDERS TERMS AND CONDITIONS
• Commissions may be placed in person, by phone or through e-mail to Opiium. All Commissions will be confirmed via e-mail, phone and/or mail, and will require a written response to confirm the order.
• A non refundable deposit of 25% is required in advance on all commission's. The balance will be due on completion.
• Changes may be made up to 7 days after order date, any agreed changes may incur additional charges.
• Acceptance of the final specification must be provided in writing, signed and dated.
• Standard delivery time is approximately 8-12 weeks and may vary due to quantities, scope of project, current order volume and production schedule. All orders within the UK are shipped via Fastway unless prior arrangements have been made.
• Items will be shipped as they are ready, unless the purchase order indicates that the order is to ship complete. Shipping and handling will be added to the invoice for each shipment.
• All Opiium merchandise is thoroughly inspected and carefully packaged prior to shipping to ensure no breakages in transit. Any claims for loss or damage arising in transit must be submitted to us in writing within 5 business days of delivery. Upon receiving notification, Opiium will inform you of the next course of action. It is important that all damaged product and packing materials are kept for claims inspection and returns. If any of the items or packing materials are discarded or missing, Opiium will not be able to replace the items and there will be no refund.
